Prepare for a true "soil to still" experience as we cross the river to visit Old Monroe Distilling Co., located on an 8th-generation family farm. This session is a deep dive into the heritage of Missouri and Illinois craft spirits, led by owner and master distiller Adam Stumpf. Since 2015, Adam and his wife Laura have been crafting exceptional spirits from the very grains grown on their family land, embodying the authentic spirit of American farm-distilling.
During this exclusive 90-to-120-minute session, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes tour of their operation, moving from the grain bins to the rickhouse. Adam will share the history of the distillery, formerly known as Stumpy’s Spirits and explain how their commitment to quality from "family to yours" influences every batch. You’ll learn how they manage the entire production cycle on-site, ensuring that every bottle is a pure reflection of the region’s agricultural roots.
